Kyela de Weerdt

Kyela (she/her) works to increase accessibility of climate justice discussions through her personal and professional life. With an educational background in political economics, Kyela works in civil society with a focus on the natural resource sector. She is new to Vancouver and excited to contribute to the community.

I'm inspired the leadership of Indigenous land defenders. I'm motivated by the opportunity to learn and grow from the ecosystems around me (and explore how we can reflect this in our art).
